A cyber security executive with more than 35 years of strong technical and leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. Currently SME for large regional healthcare network with the first FOC implementation of the MITRE ATT&CK framework for threat hunting, and, CISO for an SDVOSB providing cyber security consultative services and sleuthing out leading edge technologies for the Federal government; Josh conceived and implemented the first-in-the-nation Cyber Security Apprenticeship; he was contractor lead for the development of the HIGH baseline for FedRAMP. His Federal career culminated as Commandant of the Combined/Joint Captured Materiel Exploitation Center (CJCMEC) for the tactical Scientific & Technical Intelligence (S&TI) community responsible for accessing and exploiting captured or acquired foreign systems.
